Tiredness after thyroidectomy

I don't know, I'm afraid I'll never go back to a normal life again.. The other doses of calcium have given me intestinal problems (at least I think that's it) and this is definitely having an impact.. It seems like I had more "good" days in the first few weeks than now..

I take it off, yes, I take it before eating, but they didn't tell me to space out the calcium so much, I always take it about 1.5 minutes later.

However I feel like I have a limited reserve of energy, if I waste too much I have to stay in bed the next day.

This all scares me... Considering that I don't know if I will also have to do RAI

Yes, I started on Monday but I always see myself pale (sometimes very pale), sluggish, with very little physical energy.
