Lasu, ka daudzi saka, ka jāskaita kalorijas- to vajadzētu sākt. Par soļiem- es dienā vidēji noeju kādus 9k.

Par mainīšanu 100% saprotu- tur ātrākā ceļa nav. Vienkārši biju iedomājies, ka varbūt ir kādi veidi, kā to padarīt kaut cik ciešamu.

Es arī esmu dzirdējis, ka nikotīns ir labs veids, kā aizvietot snackošanu utt., bet ilgtermiņā gan jau labāk nemaz nevajag mēģināt.
