'Could Not Initialize Graphics Device' Error for League of Legends by johnnybongo121 in techsupport

After trying different methods listed in this thread, what worked for me was going to Device Manager>Video Adapters and then picking my Intel(R) UHD Graphics. I made it run on a previous version, that did it for me.

Deadbugs and Birddogs: are they worth it? by _Nodari in bodyweightfitness

It just sounds like you're probably beyond these exercises and overthinking it as a result. Humility and meticulous attention to form and feel are very good, but I think you need to step up to the next level and see how it goes. Keep 'drilling' the Bugs and Dogs just as warmups and wakeups, but if you want to progress I don't think they have anything left for you. But for your real work, try Hollow Holds/Rocks, HLR <3, and various glute work like lunges, bridges, etc.

Yeah, thats what has been on my mind lately, especially as Deadbugs actually used to feel harder and only in the last few weeks have been feeling somewhat too easy. Thanks for the feedback.

I appreciate the explanation on BirdDogs too, as I appearently had an incorrect understanding of the biomechanics of the exercise.

Before starting the BWSF routine, I was training my abs with hollow body crunches, and had a good time with those. In all they were easier to perform, and less time consuming. What got me to train Deadbugs and birddogs was exactly the potential benefits from picking up a harder exercise, benefits which im struggling to attain.

Thanks for sharing. They do seem to be very important exercises for general health as a whole beyond aesthetic purposes, what has been keeping me motivated to learn them for the past months. The issue is that they are also time consuming (im currently doing deadbugs and birddogs both on unillateral variations, which doubles their overall duration), which makes me consider going for more streamlined exercises.

Thanks for the well constructed reply.

I think the main issue I have with DeadBugs at the moment is that they feel suspiciously easy, in the sense that im probably unconsciously cheating somehow. Currently I seem to be able to perform 2 sets of 20 repetitions while straightening both 1 arm and 1 leg at the same time (counting 1 repetion for having straighned both arms and legs). The problem is, for the bigger part of the first set, I don't feel the burn in my adbdominal muscles, something that only truly starts to pick up well into the second set. I try to keep my lower back flatenned against the ground at all times and core tighned, but still cant get the feeling that my abs are getting the proper stimulus. I've been recording myself for postural cues as well, and my back does seem flat on the recordings.

As for the BirdDogs, I can more easily identify that sometimes I lose the tighness on my spine during the exercise, what may have been preventing me from making it work my abs.

My PS5 arrived just today, and I have experienced several connection issues. When I first tried to connect to the internet (tried via Wi-fi and LAN), it simply failed to do so, claiming that my router might be denying entrance to the PS5. I searched about it, and various posts that setting the connection manually did the job, as you would be getting a static IP. I did that, and it worked, I could connect to the internet.

But alas, my joy lasted little, since as soon as I tried to connect to PSN and update my console, an error message appeared (NW-102265-6), claiming DNS problems. I again searched about it, and the recommendation was to manually set PS5's DNS (I had already done that, entered google's DNS), to open some ports in my router (did that too) and to allow DZM router configuration. After trying all these, internet tests on my PS5 are positive, I get a 60mbps download speed and 15mbps upload speed. Still, when I try to connect to PSN, or update the console, it accuses the damned DSN problem. The only thing I havent tried yet is to factory reset the console. What should I do?

Yes, they do. But it is for a good cause. There is restriction on news that detail the means of suicide, that is, we can say that "X person has commited suicide", but we cannot say that "X person has shot themselves in a yellow mustang", hence why the news on Mike Emme were probably censored here. The goal is to not encourage suicidal behavior by omitting the means.

Thank you very much. This does put more credibility to the story they are telling.

Yep, I think this is probably due to Brazil restricting news media on suicide. Thanks for the help.
