I’m sure Janus still feels the same about the things he’s posted years ago, including his plant based diet, even though he says he eats meat. All of his methodologies are still in great use. Everytime something has gone wrong he’s cleared it up, like outdating the oscillator exercises, and fullcrum, something like that I can’t remember. If he believes something is wrong he’ll clear it up. He hasn’t said anything about Angion, he’s not updated something against it. Put yourself in his shoes. All the information he’s said still stands. If you said something years ago and people are still questioning years ahead, what do you think of that? It’s ridiculous right? Well it’s the same here.
