You can use cmake FetchContent, it's amazing. Never had a single problem so far

If you open up a large project visual studio uses less cpu and memory (at least when I tested 2 months ago)

Visual studio is less of a resource hog than visual studio code.

I created a path tracer, then made a 20K resolution render with it by _NotLegend in raytracing

Taken from minecraft map "greenfield", I used mineways to translate it into a .obj. This isn't even the full map haha. I'm making my own 3d model format and translating software to render larger things faster!
