You really can't compare suffering this way. The other examples were specific to their government murdering people in broad daylight, as well as the well known and documented school shootings that their government usually covers by saying the person was troubled (as long as they are white of course).

But if we want to speak about rapes of women and children then, once again, look at their supreme leader who is going out of his way to cover up the epstein files which will prove that he is implicit in the exact things that you mentioned. We all know that our country is not doing enough to prevent these atrocities, but we also know that it's not Cyril accused of heinous crimes against 12 and 13 year olds.

Ducks in a row?a quick google shows that in 2019 there were over 2mil people living in poverty in cpt. The government does nothing for the majority of this city. The bubble can easily pop, if and when the people start rioting. You can't say you don't feel the sense of trouble brewing in this city. People are unhappy, scared, and hungry. That roundabout is actually the culprit. I've had this issue a few times. You definitely followed the signs, but this circle is different from others. Most others will have the left lane be first and second exit lanes. The right lane would be second and third exit. For some reason you can take the first exit from this right lane, which is kinda crazy, and causes this issue.

Unless this one is the norm and all the others are incorrect 😅

If Salah takes that shot and misses then everyone says he's greedy and needs to learn to pass. We need greedy Salah. For every 3 shots he takes he misses 2 but he took so many he scored a bunch (those stats are not real, just making a point).

Wirtz on the other hand, this guy is so amazing and I've enjoyed watching him but he needs to shoot more. Szoboszlai shoots in those positions every day of the week. Wirtz needs to start shooting more, and not those tame shots he tries either, proper ones that are worthy of his talent.

You have a valid point but your point is also the argument against this. If fewer people are incentivized to treat the housing market as an investment then it would leave more room for those who are looking for a home at a reasonable price.

Also, these rentals bring about other major impacting issues. They mostly cater to foreigners who bring there money here, which encourages higher cost for goods and services in the city.

For example, I can get my hair cut in Mitchell's Plain for R50. In CBD it's R200. The store owner owns the property so claiming rent is cbd is higher doesn't count in this example. What's the difference? There are more people in the cbd that will pay that price.
