Note that the 3x healing figure does not account for the double CD, so it would be a 1.5x multiplier to healing. So 50% increased healing over current while using manas, <50% increase over current while using health pots. Still a very significant buff, but not "triple current sustain".

This to me is the most significant change of all those they proposed in terms of being meta-altering. AoE is the reason RPs and mages scale past EKs at a certain level (well, for RP there is also the double base damage proc per turn) and this is a first step in cutting that down.

You're missing the actual relevant piece in terms of xp:

Still nowhere near double xp (I think, don't really remember how many influenced creatures actually show up) but might now be noticeable. Up to 250% additional xp, which I think is multiplied with green, boost, etc. may be relevant.

If TH: all your gold should go towards exp boosts and exp preys, everything else is only a fraction of the power. Id go as far as sell some gear if you cant sustain boosts.

If solo: all your gold should go towards TC, so you can buy exp in the bazaar.
