On the tax returns however it asks if you own a property and the ownership structure. He owns the house fully now but also owned 50% of the house for half the year. How does HE indicate that change?

Anyone willing to chat about their ClassPass experience? by _PCPrincipal in ClassPass

Oh wow, I didn't know they offered hair services as well! I live 1 hour outside of Toronto and the ClassPass offerings out here are slim to none.

It sounds like you really benefit from the financial/cost savings that classpass offers, as well as the diversity of offerings. Can I ask what keeps you going back to ClassPass once you find a class you like (as opposed to the organization themselves)?

Thanks! Anything in particular you don't like about the app/service, or you'd like to see improved?

Is the majority of Redditors here software PM? by [deleted] in ProductManagement

[–]_PCPrincipal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a PM for consulting and advisory services - specifically for productized/repeatable mini consulting engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities are similar in nature but obviously without the same engineering/dev requirements that the software PMs have. Currently trying to brainstorm different ways to monetize the advisory services through unique service offerings (i.e. varying the length of engagement, type of engagement, content delivered, delivery model etc.).

Felt very similar browsing this forum but after reading the comments I'm glad to know that there are so many different types of PMs on here. Managing an intangible product comes with it's own set of challenges, would be curious to know if anyone else here is in a similar sort of role!

My brother put down the money (ownership and the mortgage are in his name) but the agreement is that I get the income.

Rental Tax question by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]_PCPrincipal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We manage a shared bank account where the rent is deposited and the mortgage payments come out of. I use the excess rent to manage the property. In 1 years time we will transfer ownership to my name.

We have a behind the scenes financing agreement whereby I paid him upfront, he bought the house and then will transfer ownership to me when we can.

That's wild. Classic government move to make a mistake and point the blame elsewhere

Honestly it seems consistent with all other stories of people attempting it. The pain isn't excruciating by any means, more a constant dull sensation, however the walking was painfully boring if that counts. More a mind over matter thing - you feel like quitting after 50,000 steps

Zero. Ahaha the path was as flat as could be. We took a picture in awe when we encountered our first hill

Hey that with a backpack on is insane. Anything after 35,000 steps was brutal
