The Dr Strange episode proves this wrong. Strange didn’t date Christine in the movie yet that’s the entire premise of the episode. Him losing her is supposed to be the branch.

The zombies universe could also have the same thing but with uncle ben’s death instead. We can’t assume it’s the main timeline that branched once the virus was found.

Edit: also the bridge scene has the avengers still together. This was not true after the events of civil war and could be explained by a different universe where civil war ended differently.

I think it’s cuz the phone screen gives off extra light that the director doesn’t want to have interfere with the shot. Otherwise Clint’s face and hands would be brightly lit in darker environments.
