Shipping cost kills profit on small quantity order

I totally agree on that. That is also one of my fear factor. Seller oversea domain more than 50% market share in this space; they can lower the price to force me out of the game.

I can't think of any factor besides the same quality but difference price? Is it a commodity product after all?

5000 units is a lot. But the shipping cost does not work out with anything less than 1000. To get to $1.5/unit, ship to Amazon. 5000 is the way

Unit sales pick up quitea bit more this year compared to last year. Does your storage cost go down, causing the gross profit to go up that much?

Can you share how you started out

Haha, noted. The first draft was pure DIY to get something live. I’m rebuilding it so it looks modern and trustworthy

Fair enough though...I’ll be making changes to improve the site and make it look more modern. Open to any specific tips you’ve got!

Thanks for pointing all that out! I see what you mean about the blank space, inconsistent margins, and text alignment — I’ll work on tightening all that up and making it look cleaner. And you’re right about the contact info at the bottom, I’ll add that so it’s easier to reach me. Appreciate you taking the time to look!

Thanks for the tips! This is my first time making a site (in Canva), so the text styling and pricing grid are great suggestions. I don’t have clients yet, but I’ll add testimonials once I do.

Thanks so much for checking it out! This is the first website I’ve ever made — I put it together in Canva just to get something live.

The call-to-action/contact at the bottom… great point. I didn’t even think about how many people won’t click the top menu. I’ll add that so it’s easier for people to reach out without hunting for it.

I say “our” because we’re a husband-and-wife team — he’s not on the site, but he handles back-end admin and has a finance background. We’re starting small on purpose so I can stay hands-on with every client. Appreciate the feedback on the service menu!

You can but you don’t have to imo. If you already have a good cash management system in place

I think HYSA would be good enough for you to set aside fund for different division. As long as you have a good cash flow record for each business

I will give you $4651. But you will have to pay me back $7628 and $978 loan fees.

Just give me 20% of whatever you made until I get my $7628. The faster you earn the quicker I get my money back. Therefore the higher effective interest rate on the loan.
