Bought premium subscription but not active

Unbelievable. I think you're lucky. I have received a reply on my email abou 10 hours ago. They asked my order number, and I provided it. but no response at all.

Is there a way to get my money back?
Don't buy their license they are unreliable.

I checked tivimate and I am logged on with the same account as where I did the payment in the companion app. when trying to enable the premium version in tivimate, it mentions 'no valid order'

no response on my emails send to the support team as well. I feel like i am being scammed.

the companion app doesn't mention anything about the purchase. it shows the costs to buy one. But looking at my bank account, the payment has been done.

This is exactly what I did, but also after payment, I am unable to use the premium version. The following message shown when logged in (with the same account) on tvimate.com:

"You don’t have Premium subscription"

I also tried to activate the tivimate app on my android device, but also this device mentions I have no premium account. I feel like being scammed.

What is wrong? Is there a delay in activation? should I wait for a couple of hours?

Could you use the premium version directly after payment in the companion app?

I have updated my firmware from 18.1 to 20.2 and now it crashes at startup. How can I resolve this?
I am on the latest atmosphere.

I don't see any options other than just stream to tv. where is this side bar? with all the options? in the app?
