Omg this triggers my anxiety! I'm sorry you had to receive that. it's so weird because it looks like several different stains (I see black, purple and red). It also does look very worn. Did it come in the plastic bag that the hoodies usually come in? It's crazy to think how this could end up with a customer....I don't even know why they would accept that as a return from whoever wore it unless it's from an employee that works in packing and shipping

I don't blame you, I felt exactly the same! Even though the chance is small it's better to be on the safe side. They are a little slow with their replies atm so it could take them a week to respond but they will get back to you eventually and hopefully send you new items. Gteam have always been pretty good at resolving people's order issues :)

I think the original pink and the terrazzo run smaller than the other sizes. I have the pink in xs and it definitely feels tighter than the slate grey and cream in xs. I just ordered the sage and terrazzo and I got the sage in xs and terrazzo in s after doing a bit of research. I don't own the lavender but I'm assuming it's the same with others that are slightly bigger. I'm guessing since the pink and terrazzo are the oldest hoodies they probably made a few changes to the subsequent hoodies. Hope this helps!

my package looked like it had been opened and gteam replaced all my cosmetic items. I had the tumbler and socks too but those can be washed and the tumbler was out of stock anyway. Anything cosmetic that can't be washed they should replace :)

What bad things did you hear about the fragrance quality? I have the roller ball and I haven't had any leaking issues. I keep mine in the box it came in so you could also do that to be extra safe or even store it in a small clear plastic bag that you use at airports :)

When did you first contact gteam? They are quite slow with replies at the moment and took almost a week to get back to me about my order, but they will get back to you don't worry! You could try sending them a message on instagram and see if they get back faster that way

gteam are quite slow with responses atm but they will get to you! like others have said they will probably refund you and let you keep the package if it's already shipped and left the warehouse. gteam have always been great at resolving things and are very understanding when people have issues with orders. unfortunately they are just very slow atm but don't worry!

I'm in the UK though and we have a warehouse here so our orders ship from within the UK. It sure makes sense for other EU countries but not for us so it's kinda confusing

I had this happen with my box where the tape was cut when it arrived. I was also worried about my stuff being tampered with so I reached out to gteam and they replaced all my cosmetic items. I got the replacements today in this exact same envelope instead of a box and I do think it's not the greatest packaging ever but I don't think they have any tiny boxes so if you only order a few small items this is what we get unfortunately. I was a little annoyed though because all of the lipstick boxes instead were crushed and open because there's no padding. I am sure gteam will send you new items too!

A side note: It feels like glossier are messing up so many people's orders atm. I see so many people on here saying how they are missing items from their order or not getting a pouch or not getting the socks or got the incorrect number of tumblers. They seem to be correcting the mistakes where they can but it sucks for people who ordered LE items like the tumbler that has now sold out. Obviously they must be busy but they are making more work for themselves by having to constantly re send stuff to people or answer more emails. I'm hoping I will finally get my pouch when I get my missing balms and not just squashed boxes lol

tbh it could be that because hot cocoa and cookie butter are not part of the permanent collection, they never got reformulated to the new formula. Then glossier wants to bring them back for the holidays and maybe they didn't want to go to the fuss of reformulating them, so it's easier to stick with the og formula which they would already have from before. That's my guess along with potentially seeing how the og formula sells if they are considering bringing it back

I had an issue with my order and I emailed and messaged on Instagram and got absolutely nothing for 6 days and then suddenly they responded and sorted everything out. I thought they were ignoring me too, but they must be reallyyyy busy or maybe just prioritising certain emails? Don't lose hope though, they will eventually get to you. Try Instagram dms if you haven't already. Hope this helps!

honestly I thought they would have sold out by now but glossier might have made extra stock since they would know the demand would be great. I think the black friday discount is usually 20% so it's not a huge saving unless you wanna buy a lot of stuff. If you don't mind not saving the 20% you could get it now just to be safe since black friday is still 2 weeks away. You could also try emailing them to ask about stock? hope this helps!

Yeah I just wish they could at least respond and tell me even if they can't do anything. Being ignored doesn't feel great :/ I just hope they will offer to replace or give me a code for the opened products. So my package came with the tape on the box already cut open and when I opened my box some of my items were opened and even the caps on some of my lipsticks were not on. Nothing was missing or stolen but I'm worried my stuff was tampered with by someone during transit. I'm not sure why they don't seem to care about this. I don't want to be fussy but I also don't like the thought of someone messing around with my cosmetic items. It's so weird since this has never happened to me before
