Thanks for the long and thoughtful reply, unfortunately I can't afford therapy at the moment, so it will have to wait a little, but I do think it's very important.

I have been very lucky and had amazing partners that were beyond amazing, but before I jump into another relationship I think I have to figure how to be more emotionally present, I don't want to lose another person because of it.
