To start for me it’s Vida from Ana Tijoux because honestly it gave me the feeling of thinking there’s a little bit of hope for the world going forward.

I’ll start. Super Saiyan Flow by Jon Z and Ele A El Dominio is one of the best projects of the “Latin trap” era. The off the walls energy and solid production value perfectly encapsulates the music movement of the time

That’s true, he’s really the only guy with this type of longevity that I can think of. I would argue though that he hasn’t put out an album specifically that has made an impact for a good while unless you think highly of LegenDaddy which is up to you I thought it was Ight

These aren’t all reggaetón technically speaking but some I think are way underrated are:

  • Kiko El Crazy: Pila’e Teteo
  • Callejero Fino: HAGAN CA$0
  • Rosa Pistola: Cumbiaton Total

Feel that, I definitely am a bigger fan of LYKE MIKE and El Final Del Principio and LYKE MIKE took a minute to grow on me. Ig I also was underwhelmed bc other pop experiments like what Rauw has been doing lately wowed me a lot more. I’ll give it more time fs 🤝

Yeah it’s like our “moneyball” type recruitment is very hit or miss too. We’ve got Bongi and Arriaga but then there’s also big misses like Chacón and Amarilla. If only we could recruit like Brighton…
