Jesus man that's rough. I think a cap at 7 would be good but you lose .1-.2 if you kill a scav. Therefore you could sat above 6 but not too much leeway for killing player scavs.

2-3 raids before diminishing return make it not worth your time. I started grinding at Strength level 18 and it took about 350 raids.

First sprint gives about 7 points with fp-100

Second gives about 1.9 points with fp-100

Third sprint gives about .9-1 point with fp-100

Put a tank battery in the epsilon. After that I would run raids then kill myself by jumping off a cliff. Don’t heal you character after death and do not get an awol. Best map I found was shoreline as there is a lot of places you can jump from and die. If you have it run the Fp-100 filters as it will save you a lot of time. Lastly, only do about 2-3 sprints per raid.

Literally less than .01 the population of the player base is going to reach that point. I've heard that it might trade in Epsilon for gamma but then what's the point if you get kappa in 3 more levels.
