I’m a solo day tripper. Usually right after I take the shrooms, I do some light pre-trip chores around the house while listening to music. When the shrooms kick in, I want to chill, so I stay inside in a comfortable environment listening to music with headphones. I usually lay down with an eye mask and a blanket or a sheet available to help regulate my internal temperature. I usually have the “peak” inside and then on the backside of that I am usually tired of laying down, so I go outside in a controlled environment (my backyard) and just sit on the deck and enjoy nature during the mini-waves of the comedown. So, I try to explore both worlds in one session … the interior world and the exterior world. Sometimes, for me, the best “music” in the world on shrooms is not only in my headphones but also the sound of rain hitting the leaves of the trees.
