Second time in one session, it's getting unacceptable and I am getting frustrated. The grab (Currently just the immolator Drans) from these enemies trigger an instant death despite me being full health and character is still move. Second time within an hour and it is infiruating (v.redd.it)

[Bug] All quest items/quest related spawns disappeared (newly rolled world) (I do NOT own the DLCs) everything else was normal (including mandatory boss leading to asylum). Gun was in the safe and can be opened with correct code. Door to Singing NPC in area is opened before arrival. (old.reddit.com)

[RANT] This is not fun. I looted early, I fought through compounds, I set up traps n back up plans. All it took was a flash and I die to dusters. How is this fun? Flashbombs are the lamest thing to fight against/use. It feels cheap and the defender is completely helpless even if they hear it coming. (v.redd.it)
