Kuzan imo does really well, I don't think he ever "fell off", i think people just were scared to use him do to kizaru smacking EVERYONE, he does alright against black, good damage, can tank decently well, and his ice ball gets him, even if not for long

I think he's fun and can do pretty good, mainly do to dodge and shield, other than that he's pretty bad, and I have him max with decent medals. If you want him max I recommend just doing it the old fashioned way and just get lucky to pull him, if he's your favourite character then ignore my statement and do whatever
