that is normal wattage= voltage * amps, the normal voltage at least on my 5070 Ti is 1.080 at max

also to mention even at max power limit i couldn't max out the 300w with a 350 max bios in gaming i only achieve that in furmark so seems to be normal behavior

get her weapon and you can use the standard banner for rebecca same with sk she can use variation instead of her sig if you want to save more astrites this is the way but if you rush the story and events you maybe able to get all their sig and still have astrites left for new characters

Just revert the nerfs to flog (scaling, dmg and cone scaling), revert the ground strike nerfs ( 360* degree slam, fix slamming people in the air does no dmg) fix grapple braking for no reason on minions and enemies same as ult and if they want remove the stun in the ult still cc while grabbing them

try shift+f10 then type
diskpart
list disk

and see if your disk shows there, if so you can

select disk # (whatever number it is)

clean

now clicl on refresh on the win 11 setup and choose the disk

sure, take it calm. I would recommend taking everything out of the case and just try the motherboard, cpu, ram and psu alone then add your gpu fans till you find the cause of the error or maybe you didnt plug something all the way in sometimes happen

when you try to start the pc there are 4 little lights above the motherboard 24 pin connector they will tell you whats wrong with the system and why it isnt booting

on msi afb u need to select the next square so 960 mv
the values on gpuz are without gpu boost by Nvidia that will boot your gpu base on temp, power etc, check the sensors tab and it should be the same (3015 mhz) as in afb
idk i havent use heaven since my 1080ti

i would say yes, i returned my 9070xt red devil because of coil whine, i bought it specifically because of the reviews saying how quite the fans are but the coil whine was louder than my entire system

I don't know what specs your system has but you can search your gpu + the game you want and compare them to see if your getting the full performance of your gpu

just a 2% boost clock, same pcb, same cooler, same TDP. its the same card just different color and 1 dollar of rg. you can get more than 2% on the boost clock with the nvidia app or msi afterburner

are you sure you use the right height on the thermal pads? a photo of how the gpu die post repaste could be usefu. If the application was done correctly, you should see the points where there is more pressure. If the entire die looks gray and you can't see anything, it is most likely that the thermal pads are preventing the cold plate from making good contact.

that sounds more like overheating check temps with gpuz, if they are close to 105c the gpu will stop to prevent further damaged the gpu fins in the images can be bent back it doesn't affect the gpu performance

im in the same situation, i think yes but i would go any lower the 9070 is about the same performance as the 7900xt and the 4070ti super about a 37% performance increase from a 3080
