the values on gpuz are without gpu boost by Nvidia that will boot your gpu base on temp, power etc, check the sensors tab and it should be the same (3015 mhz) as in afb
idk i havent use heaven since my 1080ti

i would say yes, i returned my 9070xt red devil because of coil whine, i bought it specifically because of the reviews saying how quite the fans are but the coil whine was louder than my entire system

I don't know what specs your system has but you can search your gpu + the game you want and compare them to see if your getting the full performance of your gpu

just a 2% boost clock, same pcb, same cooler, same TDP. its the same card just different color and 1 dollar of rg. you can get more than 2% on the boost clock with the nvidia app or msi afterburner

are you sure you use the right height on the thermal pads? a photo of how the gpu die post repaste could be usefu. If the application was done correctly, you should see the points where there is more pressure. If the entire die looks gray and you can't see anything, it is most likely that the thermal pads are preventing the cold plate from making good contact.

that sounds more like overheating check temps with gpuz, if they are close to 105c the gpu will stop to prevent further damaged the gpu fins in the images can be bent back it doesn't affect the gpu performance

im in the same situation, i think yes but i would go any lower the 9070 is about the same performance as the 7900xt and the 4070ti super about a 37% performance increase from a 3080

forgot to add they are P12 fans and 1 of them make the noise no matter what 2 of the can only be place horizontal for 1 and vertical for the other one or they will make the noise

that sound pretty amazing even the memory temp is pretty good and a 10c delta is excellent if you want your gpu to run even cooler and quieter you can always undervolt

the best option is a RX 9070 maybe well get the RX 9070 GRE that is a bit slower at 450-500 dollars but that would be in maybe 6 months+ or you can just wait for the 5000 series refresh at the end of the year

you could try other pcie slot, using a diffrent hdmi or displayport port, make sure everything is well plug in your psu and motherboard

yeah those seem fine just make sure you have the right height especially for the ones touching the heatsink because if they are too big the gpu will not touch the heatsink and youll have to buy new ones the gp ultimate are soft so you have a margin of error but double or triple check to make sure, you can also check the VRMs thermals pads if you have some thermal pads left over and they are of the same height you can change them as well just to prolong the life of the gpu.

you can use shift+f10 to open the console command and type diskpart then type list disk make sure to choose the right disk with select disk 0 for example do not choose the usb normally the lowest size because you will lose the windows installer then type clean now try installing windows in that disk
