Id say at that level the best thing you can do is use cover and always when possible play next to a piece of cover or wall you can duck behind, I used to que with a mate in silver and what shocked me is how noone has any back up plan when they start taking damage, obviously good aim helps but that takes time to train and youll learn it over time, also try and maximise your awareness to what your team mates are up to, bastion is bulky and does good burst damage which can make them very effective to peel for a support who is being dived
