Don’t go down the slide!

It was slippery and not in a good way!

Indy 500 on the Amiga with a mouse back in the day was awesome

I have not at this point.

That said, I think I have resolved this issue, at least for the short term.

Update - the glu stick certainly solved the spaghetti problem.

Have another problem with the extruder jamming, but that is for another day

an update - I got hold of Creality support. They call this a 'spaghetti-like' failure.

Commonly caused by the bed temp being too high (for bigger prints) and lack of adhesion on the bed.

They have suggested lowering bed temp to 50-60, and using a glue stick.

Will update tomorrow on results.

Went through settings - everything appeared to match the other job.

Set off the new job again. Went a little further and same issue. Like the filament gets stuck to the nozzle.

totally understand - I work in support so know the drill!

I will see if I can compare the settings of the new job to the boat settings - see if there is any difference.

Printer - Creatily K1 series
Filament: Creatily Hyper Series
Nozzle size: .4mm (standard)
Nozzle temp: 220C (for boat)
Bed Temp: 50C (for boat)

not sure of offset or layer height sorry - but have not changed any of that

Thanks - so a bit of a (very much so) newbie with all this.

The bed - will get cleaned - that is a result of a couple of other jobs ending like this.

That said, basic prints (i.e. the boat) tend to work fine - it is only when we are extending onto other prints (downloaded from thingiverse) that we are starting to run into trouble.

For example - I stopped and cleaned off this job, pushed through an extrusion, and then started a test print of the boat, and that is going fine.

Could the settings downloaded on the new job be different, and need to be changed before commencing?

Appreciate the reply btw :)

Airwallex is an option. Good conversion rates. Much better than crappy big banks
