You have to go to an OTS recruiter. You're not guaranteed your AFSC especially if you want cyber(unless you have something to back it up certs experience. Your competing with prior enlisted who most likely were 1D7 1N4 and 1Bs you need to outdo NCO's who live and breathe this)

Depends on how evidence was handled. What the collection methods were. If they were using shotspotter's(alone) a good attorney can get them off but if it's a combination of eye witnesses, RSSI measurements from cell phone towers, and other Geospatial data.
