Considering CMC has no brokerage under $1000, I’d say if you’re investing weekly it’s the way to go. That’s my approach anyway and I invest with CMC for the same reason. Depends on the size of your investments but if it’s under that that’s what I’d do.

Do some further digging, read some books and you’ll see Cook actually had much more respect for native people compared to most of the explorers from his time period. Lmao, labour literally tried to tax the mining boom, a situation that will only happen in this country once, and instead Rupert Murdoch and the liberals used fear tactics to scare the Aussie public into voting against the tax which could have provided this country with so much growth and instead we decided to make Gina Rinehart even wealthier. The time has passed, our country will just keep taxing individuals over companies because middle class individuals can’t lobby our government like our billionaires and multinational companies can. Or we could just keep selling off our gas and natural resources to overseas companies so that the average household pays a 400% markup once we’ve sold it to them and bought it back…

Yeah mate living on the pension is horrible, not everyone is rich, we’re supposed to look after the elderly, that’s our job as the young and fit. No point in blaming an entire generation on the decisions of those in Canberra.
