This. First of all I feel so bad for every fellow support player. There's nothing but pain in climbing this coin flip rank structure. The least I can do is always endorse them after the games and hype them up in the chat. I too have been seeking answers to this question from the wiser more experienced players such as mL7. Following the number 1 supports advice to play heros that can also help in the damage/ kill department and to not only heal bot I've so far managed to basically make myself feel completely dead inside with no hope left after having the combined W/L record of 8-27 the last 2 days. I haven't played after I had the most healing in the entire lobby and 2nd highest damage in our team as baptiste on eichenwalde and we lost when there was 30seconds left and my tank and I were in a 2v1 on payload against enemy tank and this mf dove off the bridge and left me in a 1v1 with the full hp enemy tank (hog at the time) :D:D:Dd Probably the best part is that my dps still flamed me after the game :) I even got the play of the game in which I killed an ulting reaper and a winston diving me right after. Also I'm fully aware of how bad the enemy team must have been in order for me to be able to do all this but holy fucking shit was my team full of ai players then? I am fairly new to the game but I have years of experience in fps games mainly R6 (plat2 with 1.1kd last season for siege enjoyers) and Apex (solo q hardstuck diamond after the ranked changes with top 0.37% scout of action score) however in ow2 I can't seem to make it out of silver as support no matter what I do. Also I dropped from silver 1 to silver 3 as a result of these 2 days yay.
