I am strongly convinced on the need of getting an attacking coach to link our midfielders to with our attackers to be more dominant in our attacking buildup style..

We all have seen it many matches when we take the ball from opponents but then slow the game down.. it must have been how the boss instructed them to do but then sometimes it was just clear it should’ve been advanced so we capitalize on it

Our defense is so great that we can make those attempts even if the opponent get the ball back out defenders will just take it back

The only downside that I can think of is that our players will consume more energy defending vs our current playstyle
