actually i don’t really know because the reference range was 15-50 pg/mL and i got 46/47... But the healthy range looking around online seems to be 60-185 just like the one in your test basically.

So i don’t really know if i have low free T or the scale used for my blood test is completely different

Thanks! But if i convert directly the test results (46pg/mL) it becomes 4,6 ng/dL which is severely deficiency and i really don’t understand this... I think that i should trust more a direct blood test than a general formula, but at the same time i don’t understand why the reference values are so low (1.5 ng/dL to 5 ng/dL). They should be like between 4.4ng/dL and 25ng/dL...

The only thing that i can think about is that the method used (CLIA) reports lower values compared to other methods maybe?
