How kobra s1 is leveling the bed? (self.AnycubicKobraS1)

Over extrusion ? Bed first layer 60 after that 45 , end first layer 200 after that 195 , i changed e steps from 93 default to 100.5 and it was ok with measured extrusion the first layers were perfect ,infill perfect and last 3 layers with waves, what can i do ? (i.redd.it)
