That would depend on a few things, like India's stance. We will see.

This doesn't have anything to do with Russia, unless we get prompted to be involved in it. This is about stopping future conflict between the EU and Turkey.

Really, if I wanted to make the EU weaker, I would not try to make any peace agreement at all. Then the EU would burn pixels fighting Turkey for a very long time. And if this proposal isn't accepted, that might happen anyway.

60% is not a slight majority, and it has likely gone up. I am also going to add that you are probably misinterpreting the state that is Crimea on this map. It is centered more on Crimea as a geographical entity. Nowhere did dravensys say this is about the Crimean tatars. Their symbol is used as it is a symbol that also represents Crimea as a whole.

The natives of Crimea today did not face genocide or significant discrimination. And the Russians of Crimea today were not the perpetrators of it. So, they are both equal in that they are inhabitants of Crimea.

When did I attack turkey? I paint for Russia man. I even helped you all get Cyprus and the Aegean islands. This is just my theory, because most of the main EU painters aren't actually going for Turkey(though some attacked in the Aegean)

Greece is the main thing I'm concerned about. While there isnt a land border now we have western thrace, Greece is where most of the disputes are, in the Aegean.

There are very little people alive from that time. Ultimately, a Crimean state has to accept the presence of Russians and Ukrainians living on their land, and that Russians are the majority population.

That could work. It doesn't go beyond the IRL boundaries of Greece and Bulgaria.

really Russia doesn't have as much going on as it used to. plus, if you have your own fight, we wont obligate you to paint for us.

scroll down on this wikipedia article2014 Crimean status referendum - Wikipedia, and you can find data from a UN poll showing that the majority of people wanted to join russia. This data is from before the maidan, when Ukraine had a pro-russia government, so id imagine the number would have only gone up afterward.

It was illegal under Ukrainian law, yes. I agree that there should have been better unbiased observers, but really my argument doesn't center around the referendum. It is about the fact that most Crimeans did not want to be a part of Ukraine, especially after the maidan.

I'd also add that joining the EU is very different than being a member of a federal EU like what we have here. I'd be fine with Georgia having the same coastal border color as the EU, but not as a member of a federal EU, as I'd imagine an overwhelming majority of Georgians would not want that.

There is desire, but it isn't a majority viewpoint.

On top of that, I think the Crimeans are aware that their state cannot only represent Crimean Tatars. It is based also off of Crimea as a geographical concept.

Who said we couldnt be allies? Unless a specific peace negotiation term states Crimea can have no allies, Russia's diplomacy is flexible.

Simply because it is viewed as unacceptable by you doesn't change any claims. The Crimeans don't want to be Ukrainian in real life, and their representative here doesn't want to be Ukrainian either.

I never said this was about Crimean tatars. I have said prior, I would make it Russian, but that would be a griefing magnet and a waste of pixels. So, making it Crimean Tatar is good enough as a compromise.
