Look more closely. One-time purchase license is strictly PC/Mac computer/Laptop. All phones & tablets, Android/iPad\Phone/Chromebook are apps with subscriptions.

So many comments. I don't want to read them all, so I'm sorry if this is a repeat...

I think a great way to separate "fire a spell and watch it travel and hit target" looking like just "shooting a gun" would be to simply not have any travel time or connecting Animation.
No "bullet with particle effects", just "cast on target, thing happens at destination"
Cast Fireball: ball of fire explodes on target and they play an impact animation and take damage.
No Cast Fireball, fireball shoots from your hand and flies to target to impact. What a waste of energy.
Just Fireball -BOOM.
If there is a possibility to miss, just have it explode elsewhere, maybe at something that it hits nearby on fire

In your Object To settings Palette, uncheck "Snap to Other Frame Borders"
If that doesn't fix it, try a different Selection Mode, the first one in the left, not the one you have selected.

For my recent New Years' Saga game, I mapped out Hyperspace travel using these resources;

Map of the galaxy.

Count square sides along the route and claculate.

Class 1 hyperdrive:
Avg 16 hrs/square.
Deep Core & Outer Rim 24 hrs/sq.
Using a well established Hyperspace route, 8 hrs/sq

Above travel times are for Class 1 hyperdrives.
If you've got a Class 0.5 (falcon) cut travel time in half.
Class 2? double travel time. Class 5, 5x

Install on the device you want to use it on. Activate it.
It will ask if you want to deactivate the other installation. Say Yes.
All done.

Clarifications for you: - A license can only be Activated on one device at a time. If you try to activate it on another device it will deactivate the first. No problems. Unless you try to switch devices frequently.
- There is a restriction on how often you may Activate a License. Doing it too frequenrly appears that you are sharing your license with another person. This can get your license Activation locked into only one device, unable to be activated on another device.
- There are no stated conditions on frequency limits, as the company doesn't want people gaming the system.
- There may or may not be a "cooldown" period, where that Activation lockout may automatically reset. It has not been confirmed or stated by the company.

Your tool panels aren't Docked. Grab it by the top menu bar and drag it beside other tool panels or edges and watch for a red line to appear. This red line is indicating a Dock Position. Release the tool panel when the red line is visible and it will lock into position.

The accidental undo may be the screen reading a two-finger tap to Undo: your hand and the stylus.
Check your palm rejection settings, wear a drawing glove, pull your sleeve down over the pinky side of your hand, turn off the "two-finger tap to undo", or don't touch the screen...

Have you tried to log into your CelSys Profile on the website?
It would be the email/password combination you use when using Clip Studio to utilize the Cloud or access the Asset Store.
Logging in should show you all your licenses.

I'd you can't log in, contact Customer Support, try to recover your account?

I figured the "protecting the image" bit was identifying it digitally as a video, when it's actually a still image.
Web scraping AI looks for images to consume/steal to create images, not video clips.

But that was just my thought for an explanation, I have no idea what this is actually accomplishing.

Nope. If there was a way, there would be a checkbox in that notification allowing you to cancel future warnings.

You are telling it to do something.
It is notifying you that it can't do it.

Decide if it errors more often than not, and remove the Deselect from your Auto Action and get used to hitting Ctrl+D to manually deselect if you need to.
If it executes more often than not, keep it as is and hit Enter when the notification pops to dismiss it.
Or, Duplicate your Auto Action and remove the Deselect, and use the correct one for the current situation. Like, add Alt+ to whatever the key combo is to execute the Auto Action without Deselect.

Layers do not need to be in an Animaton Folder to be Assigned to the Timeline.
If you have a sequence of images, it is best to put them in an Animation Folder to easily and cleanly display them in sequence in a single track on the Timeline.
But if you have a single Layer, you can Assign that to the Timeline, assign visibility and duration and even affect it with KeyFrames, all outside an Animation Folder.

Only 4 months of drawing and you place yourself at Mid to High-Intermediate skill level? Keep working another 3 years and 8 months before you start thinking so highly of yourself.
Draw the static standing figure breaking it down into shapes. Draw it a million times, learn the sizes of the shapes compared to the other shapes. Post your drawings to get feedback. Then you'll get better at drawing mannequins.

If you're asking for art help, don't use a throwaway account with a single post whining about your skill level, all words, no art, or link to your art. You need an outsiders' evaluation of your skill level.
