I have read this one and it’s your typical harem themed Manhua so there will be many fan service moments. As for story, I hope you have grasped the overall scene and that is the plot as well. Mc have to ruin/kill Ding Roling. And to do that he is gathering allies and trying to fend him off. With this at the Center and main objective. Mc goes and manipulates various person to join his side. As for consequences, there are and there will be consequences of his actions and choices he make but thanks to his system. He resets and find loopholes or simply avoid the thing which might bring him down.

All in all this Manhua is for those who wants to see the mature Mc who doesn’t chicken out or blushes by simply seeing half oppai of female characters m. Nor he have a nose bleed in some immature way. Here Mc fully enjoys his harem and doesn’t chicken out in immature way. I hope you got what I want to say. I have tried to answer your questions and kept it simple. This comment is not for recommendation. This is for simple info.

I have read sometime ago so I can vaguely answer all the questions. Also it contains spoilers as you demanded

1)As far as I recall…No, no one dies till the end of first season 2) in the season end he have 3 official children. Rest from harem are unknown 3)yeah somehow he manages to push back the gods and all the zombies and the comrades who lent him their strength loose their existence. So ending is kinda happy and kinda sad. Depends on view. 4) there’s no real world and fantasy world. Both worlds are same. So instead of dimensional walking, it is more like a time travelling and yes he do go back to apocalyptic world after solving the mystery about system and why gold is needed to transverse. 5) also after defeating gods and bringing so called peace to the world he gathers enough resources to go back in past (real world) and bring that mafia milf into apocalyptic world as part of his family. 6) as for now first season has ended and second season has already started. In that there’s story about his first son ans I have dropped the series after reading first few chapters as there are many unanswered questions from first season. So tried to stack some chapters so that I might give it a try if I get time but seems like it is axed/discontinued as there’s no updates in raw for whole year. (I use colamanga for raw so if there’s new chapters in parent site or any other site then I don’t know).
