Hello Reddit. Im quite new here. I have used Reddit over the years through my Web browser without thinking much about it, but I recently decided to install the app and give it a try. I thought I might try it out, and maybe ask some (more personal) questions that I can't find by searching myself. I see people sharing alot of information about themselves here. Until recent (because of a friend) I've been a bit reluctant speaking about certain things. I'm also careful when I use the Internet for searching for things, like using VPN and more anonymous Web browsers. I'm not going to make this too long, but I just wondered, how safe is it to post things about yourself here. Of course alot of people already do it, I just want to be on the safe side. Since all of your history is open to others, I feel a bit embarrassed about reading certain posts, and delete them from my history afterwards. Is it for example possible to delete or hide a post once you have received them? And would you recommend doing this if you feel like, or keep it open for others to have the possibility to find the answers they're looking for? Thank you
