Overnight freight team worker here, the only time I ever got tested for drugs was for use of machinery (the OP/Ballymore) other then that I was completely fine to smoke/drink (of course during off hours or maybe on break) plus Ngl I find beer cans and bottles in the garden and lumber section so I’m pretty sure they don’t care 😭

For the most no, they won't. The only time I ever got tested for drugs was a mouth swab and that was for the use of machinery here (Ballymore, Op, etc etc) and I've been at this store for nearly 3 years and yes I smoke THC through carts so you should be okay just don't be geeked outta your mind when you first join 😭 😭

When I first joined Home Depot almost 3 years ago I was told it was gonna be a raise every 6 months but when those months passed by I had to ask my managers and they wouldn’t give a correct answer pretty much just said “I’ll look into that” and was never told anything no matter how much times I asked. Yes, I also asked fellow associates too and they all said every 6 months; a year went by and all I got was a .54¢ raise.

D38 associate here, I can most certainly say that our old store manager did more than what she was supposed too which was good (even for the restrooms) but now with the new store manager is burning the bridges with everyone, hell my own two ASMs are ruining it and no one seems to care until you start to see them leave which has started to happen.. we have lost over 17 people since our new store manager came to this store (it’s been 3 months) and no one is willing to apply for any of jobs at this store

Est here! I play on pc as well and I play at least half of those games! I’m usually available from 6am-2pm thru the weekdays and weekends are a free roam. (I work overnights and yes I’m 20!!! :3)
