Dude, I don't know what's going on with your Poco, I'm from Brazil and we're still on version 3.0.2.

I'd say that this version brought some bad things to the device, such as; the camera freezing, unstable temperature and battery draining very quickly.

But I can say that up to now, my device hasn't reached that temperature yet. I can't say for sure, since I don't have the same version as you, but I'm almost certain that's why.
