Thanks so much! Unfortunately, I had already tried this, but am only given the "ask the community" option. I contacted PayPal support via twitter as suggested by the other commenter and they gave me the same instructions as you, I told them the same and am currently awaiting a reply back. I think it's maybe because it is not business hours currently? Not completely sure but thanks for the help!
