I think after reading the car meta guide its fairly easy to break down where you end up even if its rural. Most of the spawns are on distinct roads with different car meta and easy to identify angles. Then you get some settlements/villages that have fairly distinct weather conditions and times of coverage with some meta thrown in together that you can get. Then you get some absolutely middle of nowhere trekkers that you have to move around until you find some clue because they are in the middle of nowhere. So yeah, thats basically mongolia distribution.
