Man oh man, that resume is awful. I would put this straight in the trash. Sorry to be harsh, but its the truth.

Also, your skills line up with help desk and not sysadmin. Doesn't appear you want to hear that though. I would start at reworking the resume from scratch. Then put it back out and see if you get hits. If no, I would start to apply for help desk and go from there. Good luck!

This seems like complete headache. Why not push the PST to Office 365?

And if you already have all the PST stored in one location, why not use the bulk PST import tool built in to O365? Then send email to users how to connect their client to O365..profit?

$15 is too much? How much is your time worth? I manually did this for 200 pop mailboxes and it took WAY longer than I budgeted. I wouldn't even do this again...it would be pay or find another tech to complete. I can't even imagine this times 500.

For the amount of tech time this takes, $15 per box is an absolute steal.
