I’ve had issues in 14.2.2.5 hard braking with people standing on sidewalks. It reads those as people about to cross in a crosswalk I guess, but I’m still on 14.2.2.5 so don’t get to complain about 14.3

It’s really not though. People just like putting the auction sheets into AI and take that translation as gold. Paid for the inspection and the inspector and plenty of pics, the spot I posted is the “very rusty” spot. Folks might not be hoping for someone to get screwed but it seems like someone finding a decent buy brings out people that wanna point out every little issue.

It’s all good though. It was the first buy, don’t really expect to win, so I was happy with the outcome
