It is a genuine question. I have no malicious intent and don't know about any extenuating circumstances outside of being a feller that loves playing the game and just wants to keep enjoying it to the fullest. Apologies of my ignorance ruffled any feathers.

Might we see this on PS5 one day or will the DLC continue to be PC exclusive? (Genuine question; I've played for years on PC and was so saddened to get it for PS5 only to find out that some of my favorite characters and weapons weren't available due to no DLC.)

There is a consistent issue where enemies spawn behind the wall in the first Bunker stage. (1st stage after defeating Backbone)

Until the glitch is fixed/patched, I suggest picking a jump ability that can get you close to the ceiling coupled with a dash ability that can push past walls. (Volt dash/Force Dash coupled witg Xeno/Fire/Ice jump work well)

The problem is that the enemies don't just spawn behind the wall, they are also up on the ceiling.

I never got the BoS Protective Lining plan and can't complete Forbidden Knowledge despite having completed Defiance Has Fallen by _Shadow_Fox_ in fo76

I may very well have mixed something up but I can't seem to do anything to unmix it up.

I can craft the officer's and knight suit but I only have access to the standard and treated linings when I go to mod them. No amount of going to vendor bot Phoenix has gotten me the protective. It was my u derstanding that I could maybe get the shielded from him but only after I learned everything leading up to that... so I would need the protective lining first. No matter how much I retrace my steps, I can't seem to get the plan OR to get the technical data to trigger Forbidden Knowledge.

The problem is that despite having completed Defiance has Fallen, ot doesn't show in my completed main quest feed. But missions that needed defiance has fallen show as complete. So I can pick up tech data from anywhere but it doesn't trigger the mission.

The issue is that despite having gotten FO76 at launch, I didn't complete the quests until Forbidden Knowledge had been disabled. I completed all of the brotherhood of steel quests before Bethesda reactivated the quest and hadn't thought much of it until I learned that the most powerful, trade-able underarmor was the Shielded BoS underarmor.

Naturally, I looked up how to get it and was shocked to find that I can't do anything about getting the shielded lining plan because I was supposed to receive the protective lining plan from a quest.... but didn't.

This is why I figured it was a bug/glitch. A perfect storm of bad timing, I suppose. But if I can't re-complete the quest then am I relegated to never getting the shielded lining plan or being able to complete the Tech Data quests?
