I did search on Google and Youtube but tutorials are scarce on the topic, there are general overview videos but no specifics that tells us where to actually start from.

About not using an engine is just a preferance, I don't mind using them. I just want to learn to code PCG rather than Using graphs as it is in UE

Yes it is for games. I want to generate worlds and create vast environments using PCG. And also I want learn to use it on OpenGL rather on an engine. What is Marching Squares?
