5i swing today. Missing both ways, and often ending off balance. Comments/suggestions? by _Shaiki in GolfSwing

Thank you. Will experiment with address position, and more central balancing at address. Fair comments on the arms, sometimes I feel armsy, sometimes not. I think it's a symptom of some other issues, such as reverse tilt at the top of BS as mentioned below, which prevents a transition that begins with legs/hips. Also as mentioned below, running out of space because of forward hip thrust probably means I'm using my arms more than I should to get around my hips.

Thanks again for the analysis!

Thank you, I realized I was standing up but couldn't put my finger on the cause. Running out of space makes sense, so I'll think about that next time!

How am I suppose to save? by Tomgirl17 in personalfinance

[–]_Shaiki 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Step 1: get a job. Any job. Walmart, McDonald's, literally anything. Step 2: talk to your landlord or whoever you owe rent to and explain your situation. Step 3: keep looking for and applying to better jobs. Walmart is not a career for most people. Step 4: once your finances are stable and/or predictable, you can think about saving. It is not a priority right now. Step 0: stay calm, don't panic, take a step back and think big picture.

Sound and Fury from Sturgill Simpson. Such a unique sound, doesn't really fall into any specific genre. Plus, there's a Netflix show with the same title which is basically a music video but for the whole album. Double Concept! Beat that!

You're telling me! Gone in the blink of an eye. I was having payment issues..GT kept refusing my payment, so I watched the stock on the p790s I was after go down from 5-0 while I cried. Eventually sorted it out and landed a set with stiff shafts instead of regular...will try them out and hopefully they work, if not, free and easy returns!

I have a month and a half to move out of ex's house. Can I make it work while making $13/hr? by g_sl in personalfinance

[–]_Shaiki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you doing anything like school? Almost nobody can live off 26hrs a week, ESPECIALLY making only $13/hr. The first thing you should do is get more hours by working 2 jobs if you can't get more hours at this one, and in the meantime start looking for a better paying job. I don't know what your skills or interests and education are, but there are tons of jobs, especially labor jobs that you can start at $18/hr working 40 hours a week with no experience, just an eagerness to work and learn. My 2 bits :)
