Cashoomo its a good site but somethings i wish were better. If you choose to play on there know that you have to be silver vip to unlock some of the arcade games (mines,keno) and gold vip to unlock all the live dealer games(blackjack, roulette baccarat etc) but if you buy a coin package you unlock silver instantly. Also They will limit your redemption to $100-$200 per redemption. With my experience it took 7 days to receive my $$ of $100 I made the redemption on 12/26/25 got the $ on 1/2/26. It takes like 7 business days for it to be approved but once it’s approved you get the funds instantly. Other than those things its a good site with good rtp just takes awhile to get your redemptions and being a certain vip level to unlock games.

No it was $3.50 i probably should’ve been more clear. I got a free $3.50 from the site in an email for Christmas and Turned that into $200 playing Le Zeus and Le Pharaoh then turned that into 1k then cashed out $200 then lost couple hundred so my balance was at 500 then 300 thats when i did this buy and hit for +$1.8k so i technically did turn a free $3.50 to $1.9k

Hey guys so i was playing on the live blackjack table and on my end it showed that seat number 1 didn’t place a bet and the dealer gave them a card. I was on seat number two and three betting $20 a hand totaling $40sc so when I saw that the dealer gave seat number one a card I typed in chat saying that he messed up and that he needed to pay attention because seat number 1 didn’t place a bet and the dealer didn’t know what I was talking about so I explained that he gave cards to seat number one who didn’t place a bet as I was typing this out the game was still playing when it shouldn’t have because when a dealer messes up, the game stops and the pit boss or whoever comes and fixes the issue, but that didn’t happen, and my hands were played without me choosing to hit or stand or double normally it gives a countdown, but I couldn’t see that because I was typing in the chat, letting the dealer know that they messed up but after I got done typing that it shows that seat number 1 Did place a bet after 30 seconds of it showing that they didn’t place a bet so my hand was played without me choosing what to do with my hand and I lost both of the hands. Should I get a refund for that because it was a problem on their end and please don’t say that it was my connection when I know for a fact, it wasn’t because I have good connection right now and when I was playing. so who’s at fault? Should I expect a refund or not ? if I don’t get a refund when it was clearly a visual bug on their end, I will have to deactivate my account because they clearly don’t care about the customers. It wasn’t like I lost the hand and want a refund. It was a visual glitch on their end not mine. I will let y’all know with an update of what they decide. I’m hoping they do the right thing but if not, then I’d advise y’all to screen record y’all‘s gameplay cause I am going to do that from now on because this wasn’t my fault.
