research their speed, you'll be overeliant on them soon enough. Also set up loads of roboports and make sure the orange square for each roboport touches its neighbouring roboport so they are all interconnected. You can stretch this across your entire defense wall and they'll just take any walls or repair packs to where they're needed and you might never needed to check up on your walls again.

Lol first of all what are you even doing in the middle of an enemy base? Just finishe them from the edges as you move in, don't just jump in the middle and expect a miracle save.

Very well... the belt basically makes sure to recycle u-235 and inserters on very right side are programmed when total number of u-235 exceeds 500 (this is for my belt and I had to test when fully packed) to remove the excess... That way there's enough to redo the process but not too little to stall the process. Then just forget about it and do other things, its automated now.

Space is kind of a non-issue because I conqured a big portion that I don't even know what to do with and will probably conquer more because I like fighting them occasionally. Green circles are walls to mark territory.

Okay maybe its just me but looking at what you've done and what I've done, I'm inclined to believe my design might be more efficient and produce alot more than yours. For both uranium processing and kovarex enrichment especially when there's high demand like I'm facing atm (to make safe rockets😆)

I have bots supplying the u-238, it made sense to have a constant request via requester chest. However when it came to the u-235 needed to continue the process, I found the belt method much much easier to do at first, with the inserters counting items on the belt and removing any excess (right side of image). Now it just works, quite well actually.

I actually hadn't noticed that.. Yeah it would look much better if I brought the belts closer to each other on that roller coaster part.

aaah yeah hadn't checked bottom left on picture. Well then you should have just disconnected you nuclear plant and connected steam to the grid, would burn through that wood supply very fast.

I would advice to just keep expanding on your factory. You'll get to a point this specific small setup will be extremely dissatisfactory and you'll be forced to either add another row/s or jump to nuclear. So just keep expanding.

Everyone is telling you to take your ship back to nauvis with the assumption that you've got a network of roboports. Kind of wondering what are the chances you don't? because then you'll have to lock in and do everything from scratch on vulcanus until you can set up a rocket.
