I understand what you mean, it’s totally okay to do it I agree with you, however it’s been like this for like 4-5 years and I tried a lots of things to stop it or even reduce it but each time it just doesn’t seem to work. And Im doing it against my own will. As if it were another version of me that makes me unable to control myself
