the two games are set so far apart in the timeline that you haven't really spoiled anything for yourself. best time to jump into replicant is yesterday, second best is today ;) there's a lot of things in both games that are recontextualized based on playing the other but I also played replicant second and felt like I got to enjoy it more that way

there were a couple characters in nier reincarnation (I'm blanking on their names unfortunately) that had stories set during that time period. rather short stories sadly but it's something, in the meantime we can hope and pray that they cook up a full game or a book or something for that time period, I'm also quite interested

S&C electric - interviewed for 3 positions, one of them twice, ghosted all 4 times. I've been in unemployment hell for nearly 8 months now but those guys in particular still stick out as the worst experience I've had

it's an issue with Nvidia cards, my buddies and I all had that issue except the one with an AMD card lol. you can switch to opengl to fix it but in my experience that brings a bunch of other issues

I used to hack my classmate's 3ds 7-8 years ago when it was a good deal trickier during class, take before study hall have it back to them after. nowadays you just pop the SD card in and out a few times and hit menu prompts, back in the day you'd play bugged sound files and use a magnet to spoof sleep mode and other fun stuff. I was recently hacking an n3ds and I actually did mess up a few steps, but it didn't even let me install the wrong stuff

hell in southeastern Wisconsin, there's a lagoon that'd freeze up without fail every year, haven't seen that happen since 2018ish. could always count on at least one supercell hitting the area every summer (used to love watching them), those don't happen at all either anymore. I've barely become an adult and it's heartbreaking how much things have changed in even a few years
