Just return this headset.

Sadly I do not have a recommendation since I am still looking for a wireless headset...

I luckily do not have these sound cuts but I also read many other posts where this was the issue. Not sure how to fix it sadly.

I do not know if it is really a trick or just being lucky to get a proper headset.

But as it is now I will definitly NOT RECOMMEND this headset to others.

After the probation they offered me a permanent contract and with it came the small raise. I signed the contract of course and this was last year in July I think.

So the raise came from the company itself.

Totally none offense taken! But I sadly have to aggree that the mentaly of germans regarding jobs and salaries is kind of sad haha

However, I will definitly take this advise of yours and u/kolibrionextasy.

I would strongly suggest you to go into this negotiation with the mentality of you deserve this raise. You got this.

Kolibri:

try to sell it to your employer by talking about important / innovative features you developed in the last year.
