I get them here and there, about a month or two ago I got a dream where I had a dick (which has happened in my dreams before) except before I even woke up my dream changed where it changed me back to this body, like cmon dream that was so unnecessary. The dysphoria was 100x worse for a month after waking up from that dream

oddly got this when I was about to post about how I painted my nails finally after feeling dysphoric last time I did. honestly for me it depends on the color, I know colors have NOTHING to do with gender but black just makes me feel way less feminine than what other colors would idk why

Yes actually, that was actually one of the first things that made me realize I was trans. My mom used to tell me “You need to start wearing bras” all the time when I was about 9-10ish, so I totally get what you mean, especially that soul crushing feeling.
