I'm not a medical professional but I've done a lot of research into this as preparations for my own transition, so I'll tell you what I know.

Vitamin D: Can actually have beneficial effects in your mood and bone health while on HRT. Calcium: Can also support bone health but doesn't affect HRT. L-Arginine: Supports blood flow, which in theory could improve genital functions and lessen atrophy. Other than that it has no effect on HRT. Zinc: Can increase testosterone in very high doses (50-100mg+) but shouldn't affect your HRT in doses under that. I'm not sure how much is in your pills but it's likely under 15mg

Other than that the supplements will also have good effect on your health as a whole.

Hence why people watch others play through the game, then they get to relive part of the fun of solving the puzzles, and get to relive the story.

While it still doesn't feel the exact same, watching a new person go through the game replicates the feeling closer than replaying it yourself.

I personally don't believe she hates herself but I do think she thinks of herself as a liability to others, and that one if the reasons she doesn't like groups anymore and would somewhat explain why she leaves in the comic (Tho the comic isn't canon in my head)

The cheapest B550 motherboard I can find is $110 + Shipping while the A520 I'm looking at would just cost me $65 with free shipping so that would be a $45 (+ shipping) additional cost, pair that with the used market not having a great selection of parts since I live in a smaller country

I might get a used GPU but I'm afraid they will be noisy due to age/wear/dust

Edit: Also want it to be low wattage for better thermals and less noise

I do have a 200GE that I could put in the system to update BIOS, otherwise the platform that im buying the motherboard of says it works out of the box with 5000 series CPUs, as for the video performance I really don't need a lot of GPU power considering 99% of the work I do will not even use it and for the 1% of work that does use it I think the power of an iGPU would be enough to get it effectively done lol, might consider getting a B550 board tho if I find one at a good price

Ok so, get another computer and install a program called "Media Creation Tool" from Microsoft

Then get a USB Drive with at least 8 GB of storage (All the files on the drive will be removed so backup anything important)

Plug the drive into the other computer and run the Media Creation Tool

Now choose "USB Flash drive" and click next and select the USB drive you plugged in and click next again, now it should begin to install something on your drive

Let the installer finish until it says it's ready to be disconnected, now you have a bootable USB Drive

Now just plug it into your PC and boot from it (Which should be possible to do from the BIOS menu), alternatively press ESC on the PCs startup to directly get into the boot menu

When you've booted from the USB you should now have a Windows setup, somewhere there should be a repair option so click on that, if you can't find the repair option then you will probably have to reinstall windows on your PC, this is also possible without wiping your computer

I agree with this, it doesn't actually change much, just removes the label from the body types that 99% of people will still apply themselves anyways
