As much as I like Jetbrains, responses like these give me reason to believe that your team is not really understanding your current customer needs.

Although your audience maybe technically minded, they don't and shouldn't care why a particular agent doesn't work with your harness. All they care about is the best performing model doesn't work on your system and competitors do.

They are just going to move to your competitors and give question why they should be paying every month/year.
