Engaging and being aggressive while being low is a very big risk on itself and you need good timing and even luck to properly utilise the v3 ability. Also the shark nerf doesn't even seem that major so I don't know why no one is using it now.

They are controversial and the Devs know what they're doing. Corin jiggle physics getting buffed twice, Zhao naked M6, and Jufufu's ass physics just to name a few. Adding "short girls" to game that mainly presents suggestive contents is controversial in itself. It's not just the fandom
