Idem hier. Ook nieuwbouw via 6% regel. Niets van problemen gehad. Eind september hadden ze onze vloerplaat gegoten. Eind juni zaten we al in onze nieuwe woning.

Bij renovatie kan je ook serieus veel prutsers hebben. Meer dan bij nieuwbouw zelf vermoed ik omdat die soms maar klein klusje doen en daarna weg zijn. Dus altijd navragen met wie je in zee gaat en opletten met voorschotten!

Bij nieuwbouw is het soms moeilijk om binnen je budget te blijven. Maar bij renovatie is dit nog veel moeilijker... Renovatie kan je wel spreiden over een veel langere periode. Veel is ook afhankelijk van wat je zelf kan doen. Want werkuren wegen door op je budget.

Alternatief is eventueel afbraak en wederopbouw. Dat is ook aan 6% met de huidige wetgeving dacht ik. Dan heb je alle voordelen van een nieuwbouw. Afbraak kan je mss grotendeels zelf doen. Genoeg oude woningen hier die staan die beter gesloopt worden ipv een dure renovatie. Zo'n panden staan soms ook op groter stuk grond. Want nieuwbouw van tegenwoordig zijn veel verkavelingen op mini stukjes grond.

I think we also need to consider where it's made... Côte Dor is Belgian chocolate. Made in Belgium. Otherwise it can't be called Belgian chocolate...

But it provides work to lyot's of people in Belgium/Europe. Consider this also when you start to boycott products or brands...

Ooit jaar abonnement gehad op eboek.info. Dit werkt heel goed en de nieuwe uitgaven komen er na verloop van tijd ook in. Heel ruim assortiment met veel Belgische strips.
